RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- The received product does not match the ordered product.
- The received product is damaged (non-human damage).
- If an order cannot be completed due to product unavailability or being sold out, you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund.
- You can freely change the product or cancel the order before purchase.
NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE CONDITIONS
- After the purchase is completed, refunds are not possible due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong style or color chosen, dissatisfaction with the actual item).
- All products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable after shipment.
- Missing packaging box, tags, or product contents (returned items must have all accessories and packaging as received).
- Products damaged after use.
- Some products explicitly stated as non-returnable.
Natural characteristics of leather materials (such as texture, color differences, slight indentations, etc.) are not considered defects and are not covered by returns or exchanges.
RETURN PROCESS

Within 24 hours of receiving the product, take photos of the product (front, back, sides, and damaged areas).

Contact us via WhatsApp or email, attaching photos and order details.

Upon confirmation, we will arrange the return or exchange process.
REFUND METHODS
- If payment was made by credit card or PayPal, transaction fees will not be refunded.
- If you choose FPS (Faster Payment System) for the refund, please provide the correct phone number and recipient name matching your bank account.
FPS refunds are deposited into the default bank account linked to the phone number. Once the transfer is successful, neither the company nor the payment bank can view the recipient's account details. If you cannot confirm the deposit, please contact your bank directly.
OTHER MATTERS
- LONDONKELLY reserves the right to amend the return and exchange policy without prior notice.
- LONDONKELLY reserves the right to make the final decision in all disputes.
